  • Prices reflect a five service minimum for hair and/or makeup, and a signed contract.

 

  • A $350 fee is added for less than five services booked. 

 

  • A $200 fee for each additional artist needed, an additional artist needed for more than eight services booked, or if time is limited.

 

  • No travel fee is required for venues within 15 miles driven each way from Prince Frederick, MD 20678, $50 fee for 16-25 miles., $60 for 26-35 miles, and $70 for 36-45 miles. Please contact me for a quote for travel that exceeds 45 miles from Prince Frederick, MD, 20678. 

  • Communication regarding reserving the date and signing the contract must come from the bride or the wedding planner, not from a family member or friend of the bride.

  • If Kristen or a team member is asked to move locations while completing bridal party or bridal hair and/or makeup services there is a $100 relocation fee. (Fee doesn't apply to the Luxury Bridal Package, or if the bride is paying for further touch ups)

  • COVID-19: In the event, you have to reschedule your wedding due to state-mandated shutdowns of social gatherings of 10 or more people caused by COVID-19, your deposit will be transferred or refunded. If you are rescheduling your date and Kristen C. Artistry is available on the new date, the deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled date. If Kristen C. Artistry is not available on the new date the deposit will be refunded in full. This change must be made within 60 days of the original wedding date. Changes made less than 60 days prior to the original date will result in a forfeited deposit.

  • Cancellation Policy- If a wedding is canceled or rescheduled for any other reason besides state-mandated shutdowns of social gatherings with 10 people or more, the deposit will not be refunded. Service totals must be finalized more than 60 days prior to the event. If any services are canceled 60 days or less before the event payment for such services is still required.

  • Add-on services- If additional services are requested 30 days or less before the event, Kristen C. Artistry will do their best to accommodate such services if time allows.

  • In the event of severe sickness, accident, extremely inclement weather, or severe reasons beyond control, Kristen may be subject to unavailability. If this is the case, efforts will be made to contact other artists and/or to assist you in finding someone else to complete such services. If Kristen C. Artistry is unable to provide another artist for your event, the deposit will be refunded in full.

Glitters

A $375 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. $350 of the deposit is applied to your day of services, the remaining $25 is a booking fee. If a travel fee is required and /or an additional artist is needed those fees are due at the time of the deposit.
